Here are verses about how we should have the integrity and actual salvation to live above reproach
2Co 4:2 WEB But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by the manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.
2Co 6:3 WEB We give no occasion of stumbling in anything, that our service may not be blamed,
2Co 8:20-21 WEB We are avoiding this, that any man should blame us concerning this abundance which is administered by us. 21 Having regard for honorable things, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men.
1Th 5:22 KJV Abstain from all appearance of evil.
Joh 3:20-21 KJVR For
every one that doeth evil hateth
the light, neither
cometh to the
light, lest his
deeds should be
reproved. 21 But
he that doeth truth cometh to
the light, that
his deeds may
be made manifest, that they
are wrought in God.
It is a small thing to ask for us to change something in light of honoring God and loving people by avoiding offense: Rom 13:10-15:3, especially:
Rom
13 (WEB) -
10 …Love …is the fulfillment of
the law.
12 …Let's therefore throw off the works of
darkness, and let's put on the armor of light.
13 Let us walk properly, as in the day…
14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no
provision for the flesh, for its lusts.
Rom
14 (KJ2000) -
1 Receive him that is weak in
the faith, but not for passing judgment.
Rom 14:18-23 WEB For he who serves Christ in these things is
acceptable to God and approved by men. 19 So then, let us follow after things
which make for peace, and things by which we may build one
another up. 20 Don't overthrow God's work for food's sake.
All things indeed are clean, however it is evil for that man who creates a
stumbling block by eating. 21 It is good to not eat
meat, drink wine, nor do anything by which your
brother stumbles, is offended, or is made weak. 22 Do you have faith? Have it
to yourself before God. Happy is he who doesn't judge himself in that which he
approves. 23 But he who doubts is condemned if he eats,
because it isn't of faith; and whatever is not of faith
is sin.
Rom 15:1-3 WEB Now we who are strong ought to bear the weaknesses of the weak, and not to please ourselves. 2 Let each one of us please his neighbor for that which is good, to be building him up. 3 For even Christ didn't please himself…
1Ti 3:2,7 WEB The overseer therefore must be without
reproachG423,
the husband of one wife… 7 Moreover he must have good testimony from those
who are outside, to avoid falling into reproachG3680 and the snare of
the devil.

and perverse generation, among whom you are seen as lights in the world,
