Decisions – Consensus & Executive Decisions
When & Where?
· Church meetings, councils, votes, and decisions primarily take place Sunday (and sometimes Saturday).
· Special meetings may take place any day of the week.
· Meetings can take place both in person on Church property and remotely over the phone and internet.
Voting
· Voting in person, remotely, and by proxy are all encouraged.
· Voting is limited to members who are 12 years and older (or possibly 18 years and older if it involves critical social or legal matters).
· Men take the lead in decision making, but women are encouraged to share, contribute, and participate as well.
Order
· Whoever moderates has authority to determine the rules of order and may remove unruly members and visitors (in their sole discretion, according to their rank, as seen in Membership).
Who Decides?
All judgments,
determinations, "interpretations", applications of faith and practice
(including these and any other related operational documents) and overall
general decision making are made by Church council (preferred) or executive
action (if necessary/constrained).
Other than smaller matters
which are assigned to individual members or teams/"committees", most
all decisions that affect the general Church body are made by unanimous
consensus whenever possible. Pastors, elders, and possibly established Church
servants (“deacons”) and other appointed leaders are authorized to make
executive decisions whenever required, each according to their assigned &
established rank and jurisdiction.
All governance and interpersonal judgments are made by the Church, especially by Church leadership.
Those who obey all the Bible have been declared canonical and made sufficient by Him who wrote it so that they might even judge Angels, and therefore these same people are the only qualified and reliable people of Truth and integrity on the earth to judge those who have come under the protection, authority, and council of Bible obedience in our Church.
We as a Church consider these operational documents and the Bible-Obedient judgments of our Church and our Church leadership to be sufficient for all matters of judgment, decision making, and conflict resolution, and we forbid any and all external interference and third party intrusion, restriction, obstruction, and hindrance at all whatsoever, whenever possible.

Constitution and Bylaws.

Trustee Requirements
· At least 3 unrelated people

Established/elected in
accordance with the Church’s Constitution and Bylaws (which sets out their
qualifications and duties)
· Carry out responsibilities & participate in decision making (as assigned/delegated by Church consensus)
·
Must be loyal & worthy of trust, self-less,
acting in the best interest of the Church and it’s
charitable, faith-based, and educational mission of serving and empowering the Truly poor, and in the best interest of
its members and humanity in general (no mindlessness, foolishness,
malice, liberalness, indulgence, apostasy, persecution, betrayal, etc.)
· Committed to obeying all the Bible
· No living in sin

individual, organization, church, or entity. For example, Bible Beggars Church
is referenced in a List
of Churches and its documents are posted (within a completely
