Pastor Considerations
If you are diligently searching to fill a pastoral role, I pray that it is with a serious determination to raise up revolutionaries for Jesus, who fearlessly embrace the extreme call to discipleship found in the Bible.
I pray that you are not willing to settle for less than having leadership who take Jesus seriously, who give their lives away to bring God’s kingdom into people’s lives.
I hope first that you are looking to raise up the fire of God upon lives, and the life-giving knowledge of the Scriptures into hearts to burn for Him. Seeing that dead religion produces vanity, I pray that you will insist on pastors and sheep that are alive in Jesus, both of which will challenge all others, in and outside the church, to hear the call of God to give up their lives for the Gospel as they take hold of the Living God.
I will count them happy among you, if this be the case.

I pray that you will find that the Truth of God is being faithfully presented in a way to call people to true repentance and the real discipleship of Jesus Christ.
