My hope is that you are diligently searching for someone to fill a pastoral role that is serious about raising up revolutionaries for Jesus who fearlessly embrace the extreme call to discipleship found in the Bible.

I pray that you are not willing to settle for less than someone who takes Jesus seriously, who is giving his life away to bring God’s kingdom into people’s lives.

I hope first that you are looking for someone who will burn for Jesus, who knows the Bible in teaching as well as in life itself. Seeing that dead religion produces vanity, I pray that you will insist on someone who is alive in Jesus, and will challenge others to hear the call of God to give up their lives for the Gospel as they take hold of the Living God.

Finally, I hope that you will ask God if He would want you to consider me to fill a pastoral position in your church. As you read through the resources below, I pray that you will find that the Truth of God is being faithfully presented in a way to call people to the real discipleship of Jesus Christ.
