synonymous in English, and treated as the same herein.)
Action Items are Typically marked as
“Decision(s)” (as in Constitution).
· Motions and votes are handled by the principles of consensus and are included in “Decision(s)” (as in Constitution) and any potential discrepancies and/or pending needs are typically noted (when possible, necessary, and appropriate)
· Agenda Items are typically the bulleted points other than “Decision(s)”.
· Announcements are typically marked as “Updates” and are sometimes included in Agenda Items.
· Constitution: Refers to the fact that a certain practice and/or Decision(s) are being carried out in conformity to the rules set out in our Church’s Constitution and Bylaws. (This constitutional conformity applies to all of these Definitions & Procedures.)
