(1) Constitution of Bible Beggars Church

This CONSTITUTION document and the following BYLAWS (defined below in section (1)(A)) establish, define, and govern the internal affairs of Bible Beggars Church and set forth the duties and responsibilities of its officers.

(A) Definitions for Bible Beggars Church

· Land TRUST = 29065 Twin View Lane Trust [i.e. CHURCH Land TRUST, with name assigned for holding real property]

· TRUSTEES = Josiahs Scott; Angelle Lewis (Initial, Primary Trust Managers, Responsible Parties, & Signers, with full executive power)
Signing TRUSTEES on behalf of CHURCH will be either-OR, NOT both-AND; one, and only one, signature shall be required for all matters requiring TRUSTEE signatures, unless legally required otherwise.

· PASTOR-OVERSEER* = Josiahs Scott, (352) 222-5471[* For all related purposes of particularly referring to CHURCH, (A) the Biblical term OVERSEER & the English term PASTOR will be used synonymously and interchangeably with no substantial moral or legal difference, and, (B) OVERSEER-PASTOR = the Initial, Primary CHURCH Agent/Officer & Responsible Party with full executive power to the maximum extent permissible by law.]

· CONSTITUTION = Constitution of Bible Beggars Church – This document, including all formation documents, definitions, and identifying information listed herein.

· BYLAWS = Bylaws for Bible-Obedient Churches – the laws which govern CHURCH and by which its officers operate, as seen and incorporated in section (2) below.

· DOCUMENTS = Our foundational and formation documents, such as CONSTITUTION, BYLAWS, Financial and Land TRUSTs, and all other documents incorporated herein (directly and indirectly), as well as all other documents which specifically govern and define CHURCH in any other ways (as decided by CHURCH).

(B) Consistent Definitions for All Related Documents

Universal Terms for Unified Documents

All of these defined terms (in ALL CAPS) define and apply to CHURCH (as seen above in section (1)(A)), and will logically and legally apply throughout this and all other related DOCUMENTS. As an example (but not as a limitation), specific terms defined in CONSTITUTION are understood consistently and in the exact same way throughout BYLAWS (and all directly related DOCUEMNTS) by design (as decided by CHURCH).

(C) Definition Clarifications

Clarifications for Definitions

If any question arises as to any definition in any of our relevant DOCUMENTS, the questioned terms will be clarified, construed, and defined (or even re-defined if necessary and/or helpful) by CHURCH decision (in the standard way, as defined later in BYLAWS), in the way that (A) gives the maximum benefit, protection, and freedom to CHURCH, and which (B) most serves its charitable and Biblical mission, and which (C) minimizes all hindrance, interference, and persecution, especially by parties outside of CHURCH, to the maximum extent as may be permitted by law.

(A) CHURCH CONSTITUTION Incorporates BYLAWS

CHURCH (as defined above in section (1)(A)) is a Bible-Obedient Church, which specifically meets all of the descriptions, definitions, criteria, practices, and strict requirements of such an honor, and therefore also (naturally) adheres to BYLAWS, and hereby fully incorporates, activates, and adopts them herein by CHURCH into CONSTITUTION by reference.

It is hereby explicitly stated and decided that CHURCH has authorized PASTOR and any and all other collaborative CHURCH agents to revise this CONSITUTION and all other related DOCUMENTS as much as is necessary to fulfill CHURCH’s mission in a way consistent with, and similar to, section (1)(C) above.

(B) No Legal Affiliations

CHURCH has no legal affiliations unless explicetly stated otherwise with any other individual, organization, church, or entity. For example, CHURCH is referenced in an open (and non-exclusive) List of Churches and its documents are posted (within a completely separate subfolder) particularly and exlusively for informational purposes on TrueConnection.org and they are not legally associated or partnered together in any way at all whatsoever. CHURCH spends its funds on Empowering and Helping the Truest Poor, and therefore TrueConnection.org is kind enough to freely post CHURCH’s documents without charge, as it regularly and customarily does for all other similar Bible-Obedient people and organizations with no special treatment or unusual accommodations. Therefore COOPERATION SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE CONSTRUED AS LEGAL ASSOCIATION AND/OR AFFILIATION since each entity with a unique and distinctive unrelated name is independently governed and exclusively responsible for its own activity.
